Our Story
Ray B. Smokehouse BBQ was founded by Mark R. Brown whose love for barbecue was sparked by his late father-in-law, Richard Carr. After 15 years of perfecting his craft at family gatherings, Mark launched his first pop-up during the COVID-19 pandemic—and never looked back!
What started as a backyard tradition quickly grew into one of North Carolina’s go-to barbecue catering companies—delivering unforgettable flavor and experiences—one bite at a time.
